Power is from a 2.7-liter turbodiesel inline-five linked with a five-speed automatic transmission. The van is finished in silver over tan upholstery and rides on 16″ alloy wheels. This Airstream Interstate 22 RD is now offered with owner’s manuals, service records, accessories, a hitch-mounted carrier, a clean Carfax report, and a clean title.
The van is finished in silver with a gray lower body stripe and has a passenger-side awning, a single sliding side door, barn-style rear doors, a rear tow-hitch receiver, running boards, and tinted glass.
The rear compartment features wood cabinets, overhead storage compartments, solid countertops, LED lighting, a ceiling vent fan, a flatscreen television, residential-style 120-volt outlets, and a Dometic climate-control system with heating and cooling. The kitchenette is equipped with a stainless-steel sink, a two-burner propane cooktop, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator/freezer.
Rear barn doors provide access to the living compartment, and the dinette area has a drop-in table and seating that converts into a sleeping area. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet and a shower. Five-spoke 16″ alloy wheels are mounted with LT225/75R16E Nexen Roadian HTX2 tires showing October 2024 date codes. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel anti-lock discs.
The front passenger area features captain’s chairs covered in tan upholstery. Amenities include air conditioning, a dash-mounted storage bin, a rearview camera system, and a Kenwood head unit with navigation and a DVD player.
A four-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a VDO instrument cluster that includes a 110-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows 77k miles, about 4k of which have been added under current ownership. A Tire Minder display is mounted on the corner of the windshield.
The 2.7-liter Mercedes-Benz OM647 turbodiesel inline-five was rated at up to 154 horsepower and 243 lb-ft of torque when new. An oil change was performed at approximately 75k miles.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission with manual-shift function.
Manuals, service records, a hitch-mounted cargo carrier, and various camping accessories will accompany the motorhome.
